This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for services purchased from Your Leadership Coach ("we", "us", "our") — the Steward Leadership Inventory, the Team Culture Inventory, and Coaching & Supervision sessions. It is general information about our standard terms, not a substitute for advice about your specific situation.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — see Section 5.
These are facilitator-led services involving coordination across multiple people (a leader and their observers, or a whole team), so refund availability depends on how far the process has progressed:
If a service was not delivered with due care and skill, or there is a major problem with what you received, contact us at roger@yourleadership.coach describing what happened. We will investigate promptly and, where appropriate, fix the issue, provide the service again, or issue a refund.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if we fail to deliver a service with due care and skill, or within a reasonable time. Nothing in this policy restricts, excludes, or modifies any right, warranty, guarantee, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.
Email roger@yourleadership.coach with your name, the service you registered for, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at yourleadership.coach/refund-policy.
