Enter your details and add every team member below. Once your facilitator confirms your registration, each person will receive their own invitation email with a unique survey link.

Every team builds patterns over time. Some serve the mission well. Others get in the way. This inventory helps your team name what you have been building together — so you can decide with intention what to keep and what to change. Individual responses are never shared; only the aggregated team picture is shown.

Team Members

Include everyone who will complete the survey. You'll be included automatically as the leader.

Names and email addresses are collected to deliver your team’s inventory and send each member their unique survey link. We handle all personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Registration received.

Your team has been registered for the Team Culture Inventory. Your facilitator will confirm the registration, and each team member will then receive their own invitation email with a private survey link.

What happens next
  1. Your facilitator reviews and confirms your team registration.
  2. Each team member receives their invitation email and completes the inventory privately (allow 25–35 minutes).
  3. Your facilitator reviews the aggregated results and prepares for the conversation.
  4. You and your team meet with your facilitator for a guided debrief (allow 90–120 minutes).
