Every team builds patterns over time. Some serve the mission well. Others get in the way. This inventory helps your team name what you have been building together — so you can decide with intention what to keep and what to change. Individual responses are never shared; only the aggregated team picture is shown.

Names and email addresses are collected to deliver your team’s inventory and send each member their unique survey link. We handle all personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What happens next
  1. Each team member completes their inventory privately using the link in their invitation email (allow 25–35 minutes).
  2. Your facilitator reviews the aggregated results and prepares for the conversation.
  3. You and your team meet with your facilitator for a guided debrief (allow 90–120 minutes).
